As a person of 7 different cafes, restaurants, etc. I can confirm we do not get paid regularly and to get robux people have to tip us through game passes. We also can come and go whenever we would like.

As a person who got hired to work at "Venti cafe", I will say that we do not get paid at all, do not have set shifts, but do have to go to "Training sessions" and apply as if it was a normal job. So, now you know what working at a cafe is like.

Hi Kreek! As a cafe worker at Venti and Frappe, I will say that we do not actually get paid and we can work for however long we want. The reason people work at the cafes is because they probably think the job is cool and want to do it irl someday or their just doing it to have fun! Of course all Cafes on Roblox aren’t like this i’m just speaking for those two cafes. Have a nice day! (Yes, I know Kreek most likely not see this)
