@@Nathan-ur2xv I respectfully disagree. His fight with O'Malley was the second most trending topic on social media Sat night. He took 177 punches and never folded. Never backed down. No one is saying the fight was a barn burner but to say he did nothing worthy of attention is minimizing his toughness. When was the last time we saw a fight like this? Ben Askren was knocked out in 4 seconds. Over the next few days he was doing interviews everywhere. Did he do anything significant? This kid is as tough as they come and has an incredible story.

@@hmd6202 Yeah his toughness should be commended. Respect to the man. I don’t remember the Askren interviews but those were dumb too. This guy was just a rag doll in there. A tough rag doll. But a rag doll nonetheless. If he can demonstrate this toughness and actually make the fight interesting I’m sure his name will be everywhere.

@@obi-wankenobi592 fighting/performing can come naturally to anyone thats been doing it all their life. It’s muscle memory. Don’t even gotta think twice about it. When you’re in the moment and gotta put words together to answer questions on the spot, it’s different. He’s not used to all the media stuff. There are a lot of quiet people that are great fighters

CTE doesnt normally affect your speech until around the age of 45. Watch boxers like Thomas Hearns. In his 30s he sounded normal. He retired in his 30s sounding normal and by his 40s he couldnt form a sentence.

@@John_Connor556 I wished it would happen. That actually happens a lot in the UFC though. The better fighter doing a great job but having a hard time finishing his opponent then the dude who you thought was gonna get knocked out about 5 times or more during the fight comes out of nowhere with the KO. O’Malley just got no power. If those were actually hard hits, that dudes face would look way worse 6 days after the fight!
