Krishna Kaur follows the Sikh tradition. ON this path, the we consider our Guru the teachings and energy enshrined in our holy text, the Sri Guru Granth Sahib, which we consider our Living Guru. This is the 11th in a lineage of 10 physical beings who lived in the 1400s-1700s, starting with the Founder Sri Guru Nanak Dev, who's words Krishna Kaur is singing. Hope that helps!

Guru means the one who take us from darkness to light.... Gu means darkness Ru means light... by chanting Waheguru we can remove internal darkness...

I don't know why you write "ong", it is "om". "Ek Om Kaar"

In the tradition of 3ho kundalini yoga it is said that these are two different sounds, the "ong" is the specific spelling suggested by Yogui Bhajan. It is indeed different than Om.
