One found this interview to be helpful, penetrating, and, at times, funny. The interviewer seemed to have some familiarity with K’s teachings. But also asked the questions that most of us ask at some point in our study. And so compelling how K responded to every question. He didn’t belittle or dismiss any, no matter how elementary.

Poor Jiddu...I can feel, see his sadness, talking "again" to a monkey with a high boosted ego, not capable to "listen", not to have a "dialogue"...Today's world is even worse...

And in all this, pray tell me, how was JK " grilled" , to quote from the title of the video? It is such a misleading title. And in such exchanges, we are no more in the dimension of power struggles or on a battleground 'Grilled" suggests a terminology that pertains to a dimension totally opposite to the spiritual or the sacred, whereas JK is poised in pure, vast consciousness, and is communicating a fundamental insight as best he can, albeit within the terrible limitations of words. That dimension of light, as he means it, has nothing to do with the daily terminologies that can entrap us and prevent us to see through clear doors of perception. Like the rain that has washed away the dust of many days from the leaves , to reveal the nature of the leaves themselves. I am far from being such a seeer...but i am far too from a battleground. Qualitative inner silence has nothing to do with the word " grilled" which could only perpetuate conflict, but which JK intelligently addresses by staying in pure consciousness as he makes his points, totally unprovoked.

Wrong title. ( k never suggested anything on silencing the mind ) . In fact, he clearly said several times on several occasions that the mind is absolutely silent undisturbed and never worried about chattering or making sounds unlike our brains. He also emphasized briefly on the difference between the mind and our brains, which are enslaved by thought or constant image making and verbal chatters & that was his ultimate goal in life, to free human beings from this slavery of of though, or the devil itself in other words. Yonas 🌎 💚 🙏 . .

The man didnt flinch or get anxious or even struggle to give an answer.
