Kristaps has been playing on an All-NBA level to start this season, as a Celtics fan Ill admit I was wrong about KP. I honestly just expecting a big ass dude who can shoot 3s. But obviously Brad Stevens did his homework on him, cause he does everything. He can score on all three levels, frequents the foul line, rebounds on both ends, he's elite defensively, not only all of that. Most surprisingly for a 7'3 guy he's got a great motor about him, he's quite a gritty player, he will make hustle play, dive on the floor, be physical, put his body on the line. Not many players of his caliber especially bigs don't play that way. You love to see that from you're star big man.

Playing with these guys has really opened up his game. It was too difficult for him to shoulder all the load in his other stops (I believe he even mentioned this in a recent interview). Great to see him realizing his full potential.

He is legit the AD of his age group, but he can actually shoot. Hilarious the league let us have him; they were terrified of letting us get AD.

A lot of things coming together at the right time for Porzingis. He's healthy, he's gotten a lot better as a player, entering his prime now and he's matured a lot since his earlier years. Add in moving to a top-caliber org with the perfect fit.

the fact you consistently show plays where the player doesn't get a stat your highlight reels demonstrates how savvy you are. Understanding plays that affect the game might not get the player a stat is a rare thing to find among basketball fans. Thanks for all your hard work.

@@Astro_Ash_Jeremy We know. We aren't complaining. There's a long road ahead. 82 regular season games. He only played like 65 games last year which was the most he's played in like 3-4 years. We just want him to be ready for the playoffs. Dude has a long history of being banged up so there was a decent amount of risk that came with trading for him. However, we know when healthy the guy is a stud. As he's proven so far, he can definitely be an All Star and the guy that helps us get banner #18. He's that special. We just want him to play it safe. If he misses a game here and there it's no big deal as long as he's ready for the playoffs

I know this comment is gonna feel like green team homer stuff but those refs were terrible. KP gets physically abused going for boards and the refs aren't calling over the backs or anything, instead HE gets all the whistles. The Celtics in general need to be getting more calls, they out physical the other teams on offense every night and I feel like refs feel they can't blow the whistle every time which is total BS
