Yeah, the mod didn't add on the "allowed" section on Guisan's character entry in the Swiss character file to make him available for Liechtenstein.

In case you were wondering, when modding, you can add effects that you can get from a focus, before the focus is complete, for example, you can set a focus to give you 100pp when you select the focus, and 100 pp when you finish the focus. I'm not sure if you can, but you may be able to keep selecting and removing the focus to continuously get 100pp, in this case, two building slots and 2 civilian factories. Hope that helps.

@@kristibbs-lg9gy Iam coming from the region Macedonia and overall we are bulgarian people but also a lot of albanians live there. Dont trust the current propaganda it is established to be anti bulgarian and seperate us from Bulgaria but a lot of us know who we are and what Serbian occupation did here wirh their massacares and opression Bulgarians seperate into thracians, mizeans and macedonians But for example there are no serbians maybe just in some vilagge north but very insignifficant amount as for greeks as well but there kight be some peoole with greek heritage. Also official turkish archives point out that för 500 years bulgarians were majority after them albanians and turks. Even in aegan Macedonia bulgarians were a huge amount same as greeks While west Thrace is majority bulgarian and this is acccording to Ottomans and now Turkey

The hit chance depends on whether the defender had any defenses left. If it did, the hit chance is 10%. Without any defenses left, the chance increases to 40%. Taking to the account "Targeting" thing, your defense/breakthrough that exceeds enemy's attack by 2.5/3 times is useless and does nothing in combat
