People are being so critical on how well she’s mixed everything or on her looks, but she’s just being natural in showing an example of her recipes in a very short time allowance. Her recipes are delicious and realistic, with focus on using whole and healthy foods.

@@lisas856 so wrong. Many people benefit from gluten free diets including the millions of people who suffer from various auto immune diseases. You're clearly uneducated about nutrition. Gluten is highly inflammatory as is sugar, and dairy. Most people have inflammation somewhere in their bodies, especially from poor diets. Eliminating inflammatory foods would benefit just about everyone. Nowhere in her interviews or books is she pushing gluten free processed foods at the store. She is making homemade food with oat flour

Respect is absolutely essential. You can be on good terms for the kids; civil, kind and respectful but not best friends and definitely no romance. It’s a conscious choice and not always easy but can be done. Plus, many couples work way better after they’ve divorced. Less pressure for romance and expectations and just be civil co-parents.
