No I totally agree with you. Kristin is phenomenal and I know Rosie loves her but to acknowledge only her at the end of the song is kind of a slap in the face not only to everyone else but especially to the guy who played Schroeder.

hey at least you got cast at all, I didn't always get the parts I wanted when I tried out for my high schools spring productions, but I guess my teacher thought I had potential so she gave me something with a certain number of lines, I was usually cast with a group of other girls

Regarding Snoopy - I know right, I hate it when things aren't literal in the theatre. Using my imagination sucks. I hate creative licence and theatricality, it would look much better with a dog mask, with an animatronic mouth - there is no way it would look hokey. It would also be totally in keeping with the simplistic style of the show to have a dog head or mask.

Lucy didn't always wear a blue dress in the sunday strips in fact sometimes Charlie Browns shirt was red with that trademarked stripe, and yeah Sally only wore her blue dress in the specials

You know that the characters from Charlie Brown are not real right? They've never been flesh and blood like Obama. The magic of fiction is that a lot of things can be changed around without losing the original message.

An Asian actor is playing Lucy's brother Linus. Doesn't even register with you. A man is playing a DOG. You "understand" that. But a black actor is playing Schroeder and it "confuses" you? Your suspension of disbelief can justify everything else that's not historically true to the comic, except a black guy playing a role. Racist.
