What Jt. Mr.Kurian Joseph telling is correct. But definitely the judges can find out the solution Or to act against the public's /media's so called 'pre - judgement'. Similarly why can't ask the Judges to what ever required - in the open court- to the so called highly paid advocates ( to be supposed to ask/ argue by the poorer advocate of the 'Prathi'.).

ഒരുവൻ ക്രിസ്ത്യാനിയാകുന്നത് ജനനം കൊണ്ടോ കുഞ്ഞായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ മാമോദീസ നൽകിയിരുന്നു എന്ന വിശ്വാസത്താലോ അല്ല; സ്വന്ത അറിവും ബോധ്യവും പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഒരു വീണ്ടും ജനനത്താലാണ്; അഥവാ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവിനോട് ഐക്യപ്പെടുന്നതിനാലും (റോമർ, 6:3) യേശുവിനെ ധരിക്കുന്നതിനാലും മാത്രമാണ്. ക്രിസ്ത്യാനി ആകുവാൻ എന്തുചെയ്യണമെന്ന് അപ്പൊസ്തലന്മാരോട് ചോദിച്ച ജനങ്ങളോട് പത്രോസ് പറഞ്ഞതാണ് അപ്പൊ. പ്രവ .2:38 .

Why have you given totally misleading and irrelevant title to this frank interactions with a former SC Judge who has, nowhere in this talk, stated anything about his own religion? Obviously, in order to get immediate attention from the viewers to this interview, you have deliberately stooped so low as to clearly mislead the people and also undermined the status of a former SC Judge! It not only is unfair & shameful on your part but is also raises questions on your credibility of fair journalism. Perhaps, Hon'ble Justice Kurian Joseph himself may find your title as objectionable and condemnable!

യാതൊരു ആത്മനിയന്ത്രണവും ഇല്ലാതെ തീർത്തും അപ്രസക്തമായി മതവിശ്വാസവും , രാഷ്ട്രീയ ആഭിമുഖ്യവും ഒക്കെ വിളിച്ചു പറയുന്നത് അപകടകാരമാണ്‌ . നാളെ , ഇതിന്റെ ഒക്കെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ , ആളുകൾ വിധികളേ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യുകയോ , അവയിലേ നിഷ്പക്ഷത സംശയിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്തുകൂടെന്നില്ല . ക്രമേണ , വിശ്വാസം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ അനുസരണവും കുറയും . എന്തടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണു് , ഇവിടെ കുറെ പേർ ഇതൊക്കെ അനുകൂലിക്കുന്നതു് ?

@@MrPhorus പറയുന്നതു് അവഗണിച്ചു് സഭ്യേതരമായി എന്തെങ്കിലും വിളിച്ചു പറയുന്ന തന്നോടൊക്കെ ആർ മറുപടി പറയും ? ഒരു ജഡ്ജി തന്റെ മതവും പാർട്ടി ചിന്ഹവും നെഞ്ചത്തേറ്റി നടന്നാൽ നാളെ കീഴ്കോടതി വരെ അത് ചട്ടമാകും . എന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല , ആ വ്യക്തിയിൽ ഒതുങ്ങി നിൽക്കുന്നതല്ല പ്രശനം . മുഴുവൻ പൗരന്മാർക്കും വസ്തുതകളുടേയും തെളിവിന്റെയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണു് വിധികൾ നിർണയിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത് എന്ന വിശ്വാസം നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടാൽ ഭരണസംവിധാനവും നീതിനിർവഹണവും പരാജയപ്പെടും . അപ്പോൽ തന്റെ പദം അവയെക്കുറിച്ചും തനിക്കു പറയേണ്ടി വരും.

@@thrinethran2885 തനിക്ക് ഇപ്പോഴും സംഗതി മനസിലായിട്ടില്ല. അങ്ങനുള്ള തന്നോട് എന്ത് പറയാന്‍. മതങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഭരണഘടനയില്‍ പ്രാധാന്യവും അവകാശവും ഉണ്ടെന്നാണ് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞതിന്റെ ചുരുക്കം. അദ്ദേഹം സ്വന്തം മതവിശ്വാസത്തിന് വേണ്ടിയാണോ ശബരിമലക്ക് വേണ്ടി കോടതിയില്‍ വാദിച്ചത് ? താനൊരു കമ്മിയായതുകൊണ്ട് വിശ്വാസം ഹറാമായിരിക്കും...എന്നുവച്ച് മറ്റുള്ളവരും അതുപോലെ ആകണമെന്ന് വിചാരിച്ചാല്‍ ജനാധിപത്യത്തിന്റെ നാശമാണത്. ഇത്തരം ജനാധിപത്യബോധം ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞത് മനസിലാക്കാന്‍ പറ്റാത്തത്
