Kritharaki - kleine Orzo-Nudeln in Reisform - sind ein fester Bestandteil der griechischen Küche. In diesem Video kochen wir gemeinsam den Auflauf mit Knoblauch, frischem Parmesan und kleingehackter Petersilie.
-- ZUTATEN --
1 EL Olivenöl
3 Zehen Knoblauch (fein gehackt)
250 g Orzo (Kritharaki)
500 ml Gemüsebrühe (oder 1 TL Instantbrühe + 500 ml Wasser)
150 ml Sahne
100 g Parmesan (frisch gerieben)
1 Handvoll Petersilie (frisch und fein gehackt)
1 Stück Zitrone (Saft und abgeriebene Schale)
Salz und Pfeffer
Viel Spaß beim Nachmachen und natürlich: Guten Appetit!
