Once there was a homeless female golden retriever that lived in the woods near a store...many souls tried to catch her, but never could. She would wonder around as if she was looking for someone. I believe she had been the pet where there was a home that burned killing a nice lady and 3 little boys, for 10 years I fed that dog daily, wormed her, gave her treats. and medicine when she needed it. One day last year she turned to me smiled wagged her tail walked away slowly, and never returned from the woods, she was finally with her family...in heaven.😪

Dee Dee Winfrey you know before several religions modernized they say for so long that pets do not go with us to the afterlife. They have emotions just like people. I think we all come from one source of infinite life energy and when we die we all return to that source and become one

Thank you for caring for that dog. Your story made me cry. I just read that some scientists discovered at a University that dogs form life long relationships and can suffer from a broken heart the same as us. No kidding. It took them this long??

What super loyal, super sweet, gentle, loving, precious and very tough doggy. My heart breaks for him. The pain & sufferings he had to endure every day for 12 months from depression, sadness, loneliness, hunger and the harsh weather. I love this precious and special fur baby very much (shed tears for him). Sending love, hugs and gratitude to all the kindhearted, compassionate, wonderful people who fed him, cared about him and rescue him. Please Kritter Klub, we need an update (part 2) on the sweet, precious Nurung and his original owner

This is heartbreaking to see sweet dog waiting for his owners to return home .IThis is sevens time that I watch this video and I know his owners are old and sick ..They left island and leave him behinds so this loyal dog is waiting for them to return .Thanks to all kind and loving people from island for helping sweet dog .I hope he will have happy and peaceful life .

Poor sweet little guy. He can't leave the rock because the other dogs were bullying him. I'm glad those kind ppl rescued him. I hope he lives a happy, healthy and comfortable life from now on.

I don't think they are being mean. Dogs are territorial and they can also be possessive about people/food, etc. I feed stray dogs. I have come across dogs who are like that and would bite (badly) dogs who they thought isn't one of them and is competing for my attention.

The owner left due to his poor health, and cant go back because he has to stay in the hospital. He might have been rushed to the hospital by a few locals, and had to move away due to it.

The owner had to take care of his health. Dogs aren't the most important thing in the world. He probably should have put him down rather than abandoning him though.

Initially, I had thought the owner left the dog on the rocks because of “personal matters”, or something like that. But in the end, I’m glad Nurung has been reunited with his owner. Such a touching video, thank you, Krittler Klub, for providing these Animals in Crisis stability, hope, and/or love. Even if it makes us all deny our tears sometimes.

How many tribulations and difficulties these people had to save this dog and how much honor and dignity these human beings exercised! All those sharp, dangerous rocks could have seriously injured someone. That's another Kritter Klub story that comes from Japan and its very honored inhabitants. This breaks my heart,what a beautiful faithful dog.I had my dog Sandy for 16 years,I watched her been born in my mother's house and watched her die in my arms 16 years later.I got her a passport and she lived with me when I moved to the UK and then Spain.I miss her so much and never could replace her with another dog,her name was Sandy.

En Puerto Rico hay una piedra gigante en forma de un perro aullando en una de nuestras playas. La historia dice que un hombre tenía un perro el cual era muy amado. Cada vez que el pescador se iba, el perro siempre lo esperaba en la piedra más alta de la playa hasta que volviera. Un día, el pescador se fue como siempre hacia, y el perro se quedó esperándolo en la piedra más alma como siempre. Pero esta vez el pescador nunca volvió. Pasaron los días, semanas, años aullando por su dueño hasta convertirse en una piedra.
