You are right , Kriyayoga do not have extensive Exercises or Aasanas like this because it break the fundamental principle of Kriyayoga

Oh! . I thought one has to go through series of lessons and practice to prepare to become worthy to receive Kriya Yoga as mentioned in 'Autobiography of a Yogi' based on an 'ancient injunction'. But Its given away here so openly and easily.... Yekalavya system or what. Shocked!!?

This is part of the "Kriya Yoga" as taught by Yogi S A A Ramaiah of International Kriya Babaji Yoga Sangam. Its HQ is (was?) in San Thomme, Chennai. What Yogiar taught has no resemblance to the variety as taught by YSS/SRF, and certainly not at all that is being taught by the shishya parampara of householders from Sri Panchanan Bhattacharya. However one can say that if one were to combine all the six pranayams as Yogiyar taught, sound, duration, cold/warm etc., into a single pranayam and in addition breathe through the mouth, it more or less becomes the "Kriya Pranayam" of Yoganandaji's.

Nonsense. This asanas I am practicing daily and for my purpose I saved in my channel. What is your problem? You follow what you are taught. You have the choice what you should choose and do. That you do properly instead of commenting my private video. I have my own purpose for my practices, which learnt directly from my Guru here.
