Great job and thanks for sharing your secrets. 1 tip though is to use Quicktime on your macbook to record your screen (use the Movie recording option). That way we can see clearly what you're doing. Your videographer will know how to sync that with the main cut he's shooting of you :). Thanks a lot for your talent
