Don't work there if you cannot handle it. Or get a manager to step in. You are on the clock getting paid. You MUST remain professional when dealing with front facing customers

I work as a cashier at a Kroger and coupons are super easy to process. Once you ring everything up, then you just scan the coupons and it takes whatever off. It had to be over something more than just coupons

Apparently they were expired. I work at a Kroger and if a coupon doesn't scan because it expired, can't really do anything about it without a manager.

You can use expired store coupons but not manufacturers coupons. That's not the stores money. And she slapped him first. It's in the video the stores received. If you didn't get it ask the boss

I work at Fry’s which is owned by Kroger. Everyday we have people calling in sick and quitting. Even the managers have walked out. Add to the mix of abusive customers and being micromanaged by corporate and treating us like disposable trash people are going to snap. Does this excuse the cashier in this video? No but it’s obviously a toxic company.

Just saw a episode of "Malcolm in the Middle" where Craig loses it on a customer...lol Kroger's is dirty, have lousy produce, and all the customers are loud and annoying. I go to Meijer's and the whole experience is better and they have good fruit.
