Let’s think about his from a bookkeeping standpoint. The order for parking meters must have been quoted by the vendor, requisitioned, approved, and a purchase order issued. The budget it was being posted to was probably on the requisition. The person in charge of the lodgers fee budget should have been the approver. This was processed by the controller’s office or through the purchasing office so several eyes were on this before the actual order was placed. Did all the clerks, approvers, and PO issuers look the other way? It seems this runs deeper than one rogue employee.

If you build it they will come. If it's iconic they will recognize and remember it. When they arrive they will want to park hassle free. If it happens again it might catch on. Nightmare at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town On March 20, 2021 Saturday morning my granddaughter, my partner and I headed to Albuquerque, New Mexico for some shopping and to meet my family who were guests at Albuquerque hotel at old town for the weekend. We decided to join my family for a night at Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town. This is one of many hotels that I have referred to many tourists and many people within the organization when I was the Executive Asst for the CEO at the National Hispanic Cultural. I had been to an event that NHCC held for work. I was told it was the gem of all Heritage Hotels and Resorts in Albuquerque. We got to the hotel, checked into our room, and went to eat at Garduños restaurant at the hotel. Only to be seated and served at a table that was not wiped down or sanitized. Mind you it is during covid19. I saw honey and glass stains on the table. I asked for the manager. Manager Noemi Leon was very apologetic, and said thank you for letting us know. Naomi was very polite and very professional. Naomi resolved the issue. Naomi insisted that she would be more aware of sanitizing during this Covid 19 pandemic. My family and I ate dinner and went to our hotel rooms to relax. Myself and my partner went out to the vehicle. On our way out we encountered two security guards. One was wearing a bullet proof vest and the manager who I believe is Miguel. They were standing quietly in the hallway listening to something.I stopped and asked them if we had something to worry about. And said it looks like somethings going on here. One of the security guards stated,no it’s just noise you have nothing to worry about So we went on our way We Came back and went to our room to rest. My granddaughters Luna, Amaya and I layed down, said our prayers and went to bed. Shortly after that, my granddaughter Luna wanted to go back to her mother's room 610 to sleep. So I assured Luna was safe and in her room. At that time we saw two women coming out of 608 one woman was wearing a wedding veil and the other woman was holding a tray of fruit. Luna got startled. I told her it was Ok and to go ahead and go into her room. I went back to sleep. Only to be woken up by a very loud pounding banging noise. I asked my partner to mute the television. I heard women yelling and then I heard my son Patrick. I got startled, I immediately jumped out of bed, put on my slippers and my mask and looked outside my hotel door 614. I saw my grandson Jadeyn standing there, so I immediately ran to see what was going on. I asked what was going on,only to be assaulted by an unknown guest. The female that assaulted me was yelling profanities to my son and grandson. Unknown female started verbally assaulting me, then physically assaulting me. Unknown female guest first threw her glass of wine at us then she threw her drink on me following by throwing her can of alcohol in my face and then she grabbed me by the hair. As all of this was going on I was yelling for help. Yelling out “call the police” I began to defend myself. This took place In the elevator. I was getting my hair pulled and another female hit me from the side. The highly intoxicated female guest would not let go of my hair. Several people were trying to remove us from the elevator and trying to pull us apart she refused to let go of my hair. She just kept stating that her husband was an attorney and she had to sue us. Unknown female guest was like the devil attacking, biting and kicking. They finally got her to let go of my hair. I saw her feet coming to kick me in my face. She kicked me in my
