Been 4 years now. It was really tough. Moh-tavation always got me in the gym and made the mundane fun. It took about a year to get my chemicals in check to not want or need it. I get way more done now and make less mistakes. being actually present with the wife and kids is priceless and worth the first year of suffering.

I'd say get back to smokin that devil's lettuce. Just do it when you got time, you're killing it with everything else, you have to be able to decompress and have fun, otherwise what's the point of doing anything at all? Especially if you're trying to get more into just making custom giveaway bikes, got to get into that creative mood!

Huge cannabis advocate here! Been smoking off and on, haha but mostly on (daily) for over 20 years. I am a very high functioning pot head though and most of my coworkers have no clue. I have done lots of research and can say that for a fact it really can affect people differently. Personally for me it really keeps me focused/zoned in on things I want to accomplish and not all other tasks on hand. But I think that also comes with how one thinks in general. It’s SO much healthier than alcohol to decompress the nerves if you’re not one that gets paranoid afterwards haha. Also helps me actually get a full 8-9 hrs of sleep. On 4-21-24 I started my yearly month cleanse just to bring the tolerance back down and prove to myself that at any point I feel like it makes a negative impact I can drop it on a whim. Needless to say I am really looking forward to this Saturday haha. But to the point, you do you brother and burn some if it helps or makes you happy and doesn’t make a negative impact on your life!

That’s a really open ended question, it really depends on what you wanna do and how technical you wanna get with putting it together. There’s not really anything good for that bike out there without changing the whole set up.
