When Jessica Jones season 3 ended, Krysten said she was done with the character. But hopefully she's changed her mind since then or is at least open to playing Jessica Jones in the future if the opportunity arises and she is available.

@@extremetoast5723 Sure. If. I just hate getting my hopes up is all. I really loved JJ and I mourned the series when Netflix cancelled it and Ritter said she was finished with the story. I don't wanna dig up that hope just to have to bury it again.

@@FadzaiSimango Honestly, unpopular opinion but I don’t think I’d enjoy seeing her in She-hulk, which is gonna be a comedy. Would be weird to see a character like that most likely used for punchlines, especially after everything she went through in her show.

Exactly why I usually don't watch too much of the actual actors... I know it's going to be really jarring. Just shows you how good she is. It also makes the 'smile' scene even better.

@@alexanderf2121 I would love that so much. We should definitely assume Kevin Feige knows all about that want. He even teased around with the idea that, "You never know who may show up." - When he was revealing more about She Hulk and its law based setting.

@@RJCXDOfficial there is another premise that was established: Deadpool was confirmed in the MCU with the same actor from the previous movies. This simply opens a portal to other characters that were acclaimed come with their respective actors. ;-)

Well we got Kingpin and Daredevil back. JJ is def coming back as well. All the heavy industry leakers were saying Cox, Bernthal, D’Onofrio and Ritter were pretty much safe from the axe. Now look. 2 are back. And Bernthal is all but confirmed for Daredevil: Born Again

I agree. But it's sad how some shows like Stranger Things and Killing Eve have great first seasons then slowly going downhill.

Is season 2 bad? It's almost like I'm afraid to see it because the first season was great!

@@Fnelrbnef I don't want to spoil it for you but when you watch it you'll realise how important kilgrave was to season one. Ritter is still great as Jessica and I love Malcolm but there are no compelling villains and the effects are awful. Season 3 isn't as good as the first season but it's still one of the better seasons in the marvel Netflix world. Are you only watching Jessica Jones or are you watching all of the shows?

Yup! 😄 Krysten is so sweet and bubbly (much more like the character she plays in _Vamps_ ). She'd definitely be the kind of person who irritates the hell out of Jessica - but then again, most people irritate the hell out of Jessica 😅

I always think that and always come to the conclusion that she must be a terrific actress. It's crazy how opposite they are.

Did you see the episode of Luke Cage with Danny Rand? It was great! The problem wasn't the actors, it was the writing.

@@johnsyers8212 I was about to say the same thing. I was convinced it was the actors fault, but after watching him on Luke Cage, I changed my mind. The production for Iron Fist wasnt the best, he only had 3 weeks of training and learnt fight choreography 15 minutes before shooting his scenes.

It actually feels like the spot-on casting of Matt Murdock, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones showed off the tone-deafness of Danny Ran's casting even more

Nah, the writing was bad I think the character and actor were just fine

@@johnsyers8212 So true, I rewatched the whole of the Marvel Netflix shows not too long ago and honestly as I was getting to Iron Fist I was excited, I know people hated it but honestly it was just rushed. I really enjoyed season 2.

Whoever wrote season one needs to have a bigger hand. Idk if they wrote the other two seasons, but if I had to put money on it I'd say probably not. I just checked, because I was curious. A bunch of people wrote season one, but none of them returned (besides a couple) for season 2. Man, I wonder how good it would have been if they came back.

Kilgrave might be one of the MCUs best villains but yeah he had to go, if they would’ve continued it might’ve gone stale

I had nothing else to watch one night so I started it. I was hooked immediately. I think it was my favorite thing I watched that year (2019 I think?).

As much as I love David Tennant and his Killgrave, that wouldn't work. A big part of Jessica's development is her getting rid of Killgrave, which she's already done

I heard there were rumors (arent there always), to integrate Kilgrave in the wider MCU. Maybe if his body was experimented on, he could be brought back, but a side effect could be, he'd turn purple, like the comics, or something along those lines.

Counterpoint: I love both DAREDEVIL and JESSICA JONES and enjoyed all of their seasons (and their interaction in THE DEFENDERS).
