Really dumb how people say its fake. Its predetermined, yes, but its not like they don't get hurt. Not to mention, wrestlers never take breaks unless they get injured and even then, they still feel the brunt of the job. They're always on the road, doing shoots, etc. aside from the actual wrestling. Most of the things people watch on TV these days are predetermined anyway.

***** Scripted and choreographed with trained actors for televised entertainment. Yeah, seems like a sport to me.

DRATER700 It's not a sport. It's entertainment. I think you underestimate the risk wrestlers go through. Getting thrown around a ring every week isn't fun. Taking serious bumps for simple entertainment value damages people emotionally and physically. Chris Beniot, addicted to painkillers, living on the guilt of breaking people's necks, legs, spinal injuries etc. for the sake of live entertainment killed his wife and child and himself to end his miserable life. Eddie Guererro, drug addiction to cope with weekly punishment and died because of it. Perro Aguayo broke his neck in the ring and died. Listen to Cm Punks podcast with Colt Cobana. He talks about going to house shows to perform whilst barely being able to stand. Injuries are a weekly thing in wrestling. Footballers, basketballers, tennis players etc. would be out for weeks to recover. They come back every week unless it's serious. It's scripted and may be choreographed, but the spots they do in the ring can't be perfected or trained. There is always a chance a match will go wrong. Even if a move is executed right, you think all of them don't hurt?
