How in the hell have I not been recommended to this channel ever. The best interrogation channel on KZfaq, the only good thing about not finding this channel til now is that I have hours and hours of video to watch! But I wish I knew about this channel when it started. 🎉

One thing I've learned from watching and being apart of "interviews" or interrogations is, NEVER allow yourself to be thrown off by the slow "I don't know if I want ask this" demeanor. Trust and believe they are talking to you because they have a direction they want to go and they want you to trip yourself in opening the door for them. They aren't "sped" as they try to play off to be. That's them trying to mirror your energy to make you feel comfortable in talking. They aren't your friend, they don't care to help YOU and the best thing you can do is SHUT UP and lawyer up.

I’ll never understand why people sit there and answer questions from the police. Only words coming from your mouth should be “am I free to go” or “I’m not talking to you guys and I want my lawyer”

For anybody reading this; Let's just say: God forbid you end up in a situation like this right here relevance to foolio, always remember this.... You don't have to enter that interrogation room. You can refuse to be interrogated altogether. They're probably going to respond with why if you have nothing to hide. Your response: Simply tell the officer if they have enough evidence they would have already placed you under arrest.... That should be followed up by asking them if you are under arrest If not then follow-up another question...... Am I free to go then ?

As a lawyer, the second best response outside of "I do not speak to cops, I do not answer questions, and I will exercise my right to remain silent," is to simply just show up on absolute bullshit. The reason you're in the interrogation chair as a suspect is because they DON'T know what they do need to know to charge and arrest you. They can cook some things up that won't stick, but they have no clue. But if you sit in there on absolute bullshit, saying "I don't know" to everything, it's the same thing as just not talking. The Melly trial has even shown that it works on the stand, too. "I don't know" is actually sneakily the second best response in the criminal justice system.

I respect the way Julio handled it. That's the point of view that only someone that grew up like that from a very early age would have, where they pretty much can't be cracked. There are plenty of places that are hood, but have more of an.every man for himself mentality, where most people would keep their mouth shut for only a select few people. But Julio just happened to grow up in the type of hood that has been divided into gangs for a long time, meaning people in those gangs had parents and grandparents in those gangs. So they knew they were gonna be a part of it their whole life. It's like an honor to him to get the opportunity to not snitch, even if he has to sit down for a bit. I was raised in construction. I'm many many generations down I'm construction. It goes way back to Italy. I don't know how many generations, but all the generations that I knew alive, and many before that. It's weird when people have strong opinions on this stuff, when they were never destined to be a part of it. Like people feel bad about themselves for not being born in some of the most terrible places to live in america. 🤣 People feel so bad about it, that they make up a fake persona, and a fake life story. Its definitely cool to watch foolio in his element, but leave it at that if thats not your element. You can just be good at being whatever you are. If you're a dork, read mad books.
