‘Friends’ star Matthew Perry dead at 54

Actor Matthew Perry, best known for his role on “Friends,” has died from an apparent drowning on Saturday, TMZ first reported. He was 54 years old.
Authorities responded to reports of a cardiac arrest at a home on the 18000 block of Blue Sail Drive in the Pacific Palisades where Perry was found unresponsive in a hot tub, according to the Los Angeles Times. The circumstances surrounding the actor's death remain unclear, although TMZ cited law enforcement sources that said no foul play was involved.

@@chriscuomo9334Actually, what the Biblical Jesus preached in the Bible was that the most important thing in life was to be one with God. That's why Jesus said "I and the Father are One". Being one with God made possible Jesus' miracles and life of service. However, what was NOT NECESSARY was proclaiming Jesus as one's Savior since the actions of a life of service were and are what matters most. Jesus specifically warns against those who come after him and falsely proclaim themselves followers of Christ's Way. So what matters most is someone's life of service to Life's best such as love, kindness, and charity. Any one who didn't know Matthew Perry personally can't really say what personal relationship he had with God. They can't say what Good Works he did throughout his life. They don't know who he may have inspired to be better people. Sometimes the best lessons are learned from seeing what not to do. Only God is Omnipotent and Omniscient and therefore can determine who will have Everlasting Peace. Are you claiming to be God? My personal relationship with the Greatest Power and Source of All Being hasn't told me that yet. Peace and Blessings to Everyone.✌🕊and❤🙏🐟🐣

It’s so sad to hear that Matthew Terry passed away, he seem like such a beautiful person. He had so much to give. He was comical, funny, and handsome. When we know now that his demons died with him, he no longer struggle in this world, and now he’s at peace❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Wasn't a fan of " friends" at all but this is shocking, sad and even disappointing. Long term and hardcore drug and alcohol abuse ruins everything, your health, your appearance, your train of thought, your family structure and so on. Condolences to his family, true friends and fans. As soon as i heard of his passing i began watching Friends videos. In the midst of such a tragic loss i couldn’t help myself laughing at his jokes and sense of humor. I suppose that’s the best way i can pay tribute to him, by simply enjoying what he did best and remember him that way, with his huge smile and about to make a sarcastic comment. Fare well Friend, you will be missed.

Didn't Whitney Houston die in a tub, and then a few years later her daughter died in a bathtub. Well, she was found unresponsive in the tub and died later in a hospital after being in a coma. Then later, the lead singer of the Cranberries, Dolores O'Riordan, died in a bathtub. In her case, from alcohol intoxication and drowning. Aaron Carter was found last year around this time dead in a bathtub. Now, Matthew Perry drowned in a hot tub, which is very sad, but also, WTF do people like to be intoxicated in bodies of water? What a loss he really shaped the humor of a lot of childhoods in the 90a and 2000s. So tragic. RIP😢

I have watched "Friends" series thrice and everytime it made me laugh so much. But now knowing that Mathew is no more, I don't know if "Friends" will make me laugh anymore. First, James M Tyler and now Mathews. I still watch "Friends" and it makes me feel sad whenever i watch Gunther cuz i know he is no more and now the same feeling will be there whenever I'll watch Chandler. It hurts to think that Friends reunion was the last time the whole Friends cast was together on stage. May his soul rest in peace.
