Sounds stock. A lot of guys were saying that from the Factory they jetted a little too rich. You can hear it when laying into the throttle just before the power band kicks in. You'll get a lot smoother low end -> top if you lean it out a bit. These bikes were always absolute monsters. It's awesome to see people still riding them :)

Its stock bike, no any mods yet. Always better to start rich side carb settings. Now its cold winter and i dont have spikes in this bike. I have exc 450 for winter now.. cool dual sport enduro. Sx250 is awesome 2-stroke bike.

How is it I had the exact same bike and year! What’s ur options on it so far? Mine is the suspension is a little to soft the bike was super comfortable and compact lots of sass but ended up wanting more so now I have a 2016 250 sx

I am now convinced I should get this bike.. theres a 250 2013 ktm sx for 3400. and a kawaswaki 450 2017 for 6000 and a husq 250 4 stroke 216 for 4500 and have been trying really hard to find a decent bike. I think im convinced to get a 2 stroke now.. all my life well from 4 years old to 17 ive ridden a 4 stroke then had an accident at 7 and stopped riding. now 23 looking to get back into this passion. im so pumped\
