U can remove the engine protector....It will increase your ground balance ....I did the same setup to my duke 250 bs6....also install the bs4 duke bellypan

bro i want to do this in my duke 200 bs6, will these be any engine issues later or do i need to tune the bike to bs4 map and also will the bs4 duke 250 exhaust system fit in the bs6 duke 200

Bs4 will fit in your 200 bs6 but i will suggest at the least get a fuel x lite for fixing the airfuel ratio

I will be honest I have never tried to achieve high mileage on my Duke 390 so I don’t know what the highway consumption is right now but with my experience I can say before when it was giving me around 22-21 KMPL now it is giving me around 16-17 my riding pattern consists of high speed rides keep this in mind . Hope this helps out

I think the placement for mounting points of the exhaust are in different places so I don’t think bs3 will be that easy to install. Although guys from south have managed to install bs4-200 duke exhaust on bs6 200.

Same one for the bs6 will be used for bs4 but make sure to use zip tie later to keep the wires away from the header pipe
