Yeh I noticed but knew you'd see it eventually. What I like about your slogs than other vlogs, even though the information is really good I found they're by the book, with equipment and procedure but you're more chilled about it all, yes, you've been doing it for a long time but you make it look a less stressful job for someone like me to do myself so thanks for that and really cheering you on to get 100,000 subs. I've seen tuners hit the clevis in compression with a soft mallet to allow the shims to fully bend, clearing out tiny air pockets in the high speed stack

Same way I've always done shocks but I make a bigger mess. I need one of those cup things instead of a fitting with some clear hose.

Yeah. The bleed cup is so good. DRC makes them.

If your shock doesn't have a bleeder port, could you Macgyver a funnel on the compression port? Love the Content 😎

What's your two cents on the shock protector vs a link skid plate? I'm leaning a bit towards the protector on my 350. It has a nice carbon composite skid plate stock and I wonder if it's worth replacing, or just adding some kind of link protection.

I like both honestly. My skid plate has a small link protector but it’s pretty thin plastic. I like that it helps slide over and the aluminum protector keeps it safe from impacts.

I wonder how far he's going to get before he realizes he forgot the sealhead cover....hopefully not before slamming the bumper into the sealhead.

Morgan, I just pulled a bonehead move, and stripped the bushing on my 2020 shock clevis. Have you ever replaced one, is it press out and in?

I haven’t ever replaced one. I’d look it up on a parts Fische. I’m not sure you can buy it unfortunately. Maybe while clevis 😢

if I followed this but had a stock piston not a bladder at what point would I check the depth? Before I put oil in and after I got the air out but before charging it with nitrogen? 5mm difference?

You want to set the piston height after bleeding and before nitrogen. 10mm set difference from all the way up.

I saw a comment on Amazon saying the bleed cup for WP doesn’t fit right. Have you had any issues with it?

there are some shocks that it fits a little funky but I can always use it.

I’m working on my 2019 FC450 shock with a bladder kit. I am using the bleed cup and have the pressure let out of the bladder. When bleeding the shock, it’s really difficult to push in. Then it tends to pop back out automatically about 1/4” or more when I stop pushing. Any idea what could be causing that?

So what pressure in nitrogen? And 3 weight not 5 weight? Some say air has enough nitrogen in it just hit with air in a short burst. I don't do my own shock due to the couple special items needed, including nitrogen, and fittings.

150psi and honestly you can run just air. It really doesn’t make that big of a difference

And yeah, air is like 70% nitrogen
