The IG should be investigated. The young people who were killed and those who were wounded someone should be held accountable for that. Secondly, someone said that during his presidency, there will be no extrajudicial killings or bodied dumped somewhere. What is happening now in Kware? I think the whole system is collapsing and the country needs a reset.

I don't think that the CS need to apologize. If you select someone you know is a thief and put the person in charge of your assets, you should also take responsibility that the thief stole. If you select someone knowing that the person is not competent and make him/her in charge of complex department, you should take responsibility for the failure of that person because you already set them up to fail.

Tribal politics has been played in Kenya for over 3 generations. Awarding community representatives seats. What's happening, to reiterate what's being and been said, is unprecedented. There literally is no play book for someone like Ruto to follow. He came of political age under Moi, a master of said game. And climbed the greasy pole of politics playing this self same game. To ask him to recalibrate to contest against a genderless, tribeless and most particularly leaderless amorphous mass of Gen Z, may not be in his political lexicon. We've witnessed tone deaf leadership, but this is now bordering on the clueless. There's no one to bribe, surborne or intimidate. He won't know who to appoint because it'll be the same caliber of people he is most comfortable with that he will put forward. His assumption that this night of the long knives will sate Gen Z will soon be proven wrong, but at the expense of these purported king and queen pins going back and undermining him amongst those still willing to listen to them. May you live in interesting times, as the Chinese say and we certainly are doing so in Kenya. From ignoring the outcry, to "he is still alive", Ruto appears to be stumbling from crisis to crisis.

I started going to Kenya regularly in 2012. In a matter of few years, i Saw corruption going rampant, being more and more openly. Opulence like i have never seen in Europe (and we could afford it). Big cars and motorcades like i have never seen in Europe. I was questioning this left, right and center. And nobody wanted to talk about it …. Until now. You certainly need to look at the police and the counties next. There is lots of work to do. Bless all of you GenZs
