Good to see the minister responding to KTR's statement. But the intention of KTR is not understood. KTR did not objected usage of "Give" word by saying it is not a parliamentary word. But objected it as it is representing against federalism. Apart from this, she also said, Central Government is not showing any partiality with states. This is absolutely incorrect. From last seven years, Telangana Government received so much suppression. Central Government given least money to Government. If we see, railway lines, trains, nationalization of river projects, highway road construction and fund releases, allotment of defense projects to states, we see lots of partiality. Centrer receives more than 55% of total tax collected from Telangana People. But it did not spend even 20% of the total tax on Telangana. This is not true with other states, in which, BJP target to win elections. Central Government is not behaving like a national Government but mere a political party. For several decades, Andhra people exploited Telangana. Now after Telangana state is formed, Central Government is exploiting Telangana. Exploitation of Telangana Continuing. Not stopped. Most of the development happening in Telangana, is purely by lending money from outside sources, without much help from central government.

If finance commission recommends 41% devolution instead of 42% you will implement it, but they also recommended to release 24k crores to mission bhagiratha and kakatiya, why cant you implement it???, BJP is dual faceted, they favour only BJP ruled states, you can use give but dont feel that as if you are giving from your pockets , you are giving 41% of what we paid you, you can use that term given to states like UP and bihar nd gujarat where you are paying more than what is collected from them ....

TS is a developed part of india. Whatever money it contributes to the country has to be spent in all parts (poor, underdeveloped states whose contribution is null) of india. South india especially Hyderabad is a geologically safe location far away from enemy borders and ease of doing business obviously attracts the crores of investment. Ts needs more funds to rule efficiently. But india is struggling hard in meeting sophisticated development in particular fields like.. Infrastructure, Modernisation of defence forces, irrigatiin, health and sanitation... Please don't judge simply by regional feeling....First we are indians

After KTR counter, Nirmala mam's language and expressions came to normal. KTR reminded the contribution from Telangana and also said he understands and agrees with how the money is distributed according to Finance Commission on the basis of population. Madam, you unnecessarily triggered controversy by visiting a Ration shop in Telangana and asking on Modi's photo in the shop. As a counter KTR asked for "Thank you Telangana" boards in Uttar Pradesh which is indirectly contributed by Telangana. As we all know, UP is getting 300% back from Centre while Telangana is getting 46% on every tax that they pay. A perfect counter by KTR - loved it.
