Поздравляем всех любителей настольного тенниса. Наконец то, спустя 8 месяцев, спортсмены опять могут выйти на турнирную площадку. С 13 по 15 ноября в олимпийском спортивном центре Вейхай Наньхай проходил Кубок Мира, первое крупное международное соревнование во время пандемии. Кто сейчас в какой форме сказать сложно. В очень непростых условиях проходит турнир. Отдельное спасибо организаторам турнира, что им это удалось несмотря на сложнейшие условия реалии.
В данном четверть финале встречаются Fan Zhendong (Фань Чжэньдун) лидер Китайской сборной и
LIN Yun Ju (Линь Юньжу́) спортсмен из Тайваня бронзовый призер кубка мира 2019

A calm composure of Lin Jun Yu of Taiwan never shouts when winning or feel disappointed after losing his game. Shouting drains our energy and focusing. Calmness maintains one's composure and concentration. Win or lose is our mistakes or skill but that needs more training.

FZD now under head coach Qin ZhiJian ( @15:25 ) but also getting peer coaching from Wang Hao and Ma Lin (both ex-world champions). Huge improvements seen here in tactics, serve placements and timing here. He has advanced to a higher level since T2 Diamond 2019. Nice to see former Chinese head coach LGL ( @35:11 ) watching. He's done so much immense groundwork for the men's team in his era. These people really deserve our greatest respect.

A former world champion won at least one WTTC Singles. Poor Ma Lin never won the WTTC World Singles. Wang Hao did against Wang Liqin. Ma Lin was a triple runner-up. Or else, I would rank him 2nd behind Ma Long in the 40mm ball era.

A true champion is capable to explore the weakness of the opponent then home in to attack. FZD and ML are among the best performers. With consistency, that's how they can stay on top above the others.

Классная игра! Отличный комментатор! Неплохо было бы посмотреть игру Ma Long с Fan Zhendong ом. Если есть возможность ждем с нетерпением! Настольный теннис в России плохо продвигают, русские комментарии большая редкость, хорошо что ютуб появился, хоть какая то отдушина для нас!

the commentator is bad! XD, how THIS can be good?! the only thing I hear is eeeehhhh, quietness, then something is getting said, and again ehhhh, and she is speaking really slow this means she is thinking very slow. This is so annoying when people are speaking that slow. I can't say anything good about the commentator, because the commentator isn't even telling the whole information.

The most lethal weapon of LYJ is his banana flick. He could impact the ball with such ferocious spin, ultra-low trajectory and speed that impossible to return, annihilating all incoming shots and serves. However, FZD cleverly returned short pushes inside table (down 4 -6) to disrupt LYJ's rhythm and won the first game. Thought he was using some new equipment in 2T Diamond 2019 but now see it as another high-level achievement. After all, tactics still come on top with all other skills being equal on both sides.
