Cheap homesteading is using a Kubota BX25D TLB. the Landpride Grapple is manufactured by Kubota Canada/Kubota USA. We are going to dig some holes for some fence posts. we are going to use them as trellisses for the raspberries.It is a good DIY project for a weekend.

Awesome your friend loaned you the tractor! You just about can't run a farm/homestead without one We LOVE our Kubotas. We have the 1975(ish) 345, which we refer to as the old-old tractor. We also have a 1985(ish) M4050, which we call the new-old tractor. Both 4wd and both run (mostly) OK despite their ages. The M4050 has a backhoe (I forget the brand ) and it has dug many a hole, dug many long and deep trenches, did some digging/cleaning on the pond, and also had to bury some livestock. Very handy attachment.

I'd suggest getting an auger and post pounder (you can make one of those out of 2"-3" heavy galvanized pipe). That's a lot of rocks. Auger might spin you around 😁
