I mean, they've only seen his recent stuff until now. Where he hardly dances much anymore. Also, to be fair. His dance numbers were hit because they were fun songs. Not because he is a great dancer. So I guess it makes sense why they were surprised to know he could dance a bit

@@anamikakhan593 he's definitely not great as Hrithik, Shahid or Tiger... But he used to be an awesome dancer.. Go revisit his dance numbers from 2000's, specially from the movie Wanted Now he can't dance that smoothly because of his muscles, he can't even laugh because of muscle pain

@@user-jw5bl9iu7n I mean, I have seen pretty much all his hits that you're referring to. And I have to say, it's not that he's a bad dancer by any means. But from the industry standards, respectfully, he definitely falls under the catagory of the lowest. Most of his contemporaries, even the ones who aren't known for dancing, dance better than him(and I am talking about the time when he was delivering these hit songs) but relatively speaking, he can't be considered a good dancer considering all his contemporaries. He probably can be paired along with people like sunny deol(I'm aware he's better than sunny), simply because most actors can do better than him even if they aren't the best dancers like Hrithik, Shahid & tiger. He is 100% below average from industry standards.

More than clothing brands, SRK has been like the unofficial brand ambassador for Indian Railways. So many memorable scenes in his films featuring trains! (DDLJ being the most iconic one)

A little history lesson-main 3 khans - Salman, Shah rukh and Amir entered the movie industry around the same time(early 90s). SRK started with negative villain roles whereas Salman and Amir started as romantic leads. SRK became a romantic hero with DDLJ in 95. Amir khan played romantic roles for some time and then changed his trajectory around 2001 with Rangeela, Lagaan and DCH(mr.perfectionist phase). Salman stayed a romantic hero for a long time but got into a lot of controversy for many different reasons which affected his career and had some flops so in 2007 he changed his career trajectory with a movie called Wanted. He became an action star after that.

you really need to check out DDLJ next!! it was the breakthrough movie for SRK, and also when SRK-Kajol's pair became legendary. it's the longest running film ever (has been running since 1995!) and is still liked by the people a lot, it's almost like an emotion💗

He speaks so much about the film, k3g, my name is Khan, rocky aur rani, srk-kajol and even about Bollywood in general as he's one of the most influential filmmaker and producer in Bollywood till date.. Would love to see u reacting to it as he's arguably the director whose maximum filmography uve seen..

3:20 Exactly it was a big thing after the film. This film brought so many trends among school and college students of the late 90s. The cool chain srk is wearing, those tight fitting clothes, kajol's dungarees, kajol's bob haircut, Rani's salwars. It's literally every fashion u could possibly imagine. Also the trend of giving friendship bands is extremely popular till date in India. I am an early 00s kid, so the trend was heavily popular that era too. I still remember buying so many friendship bands for my friends in school, and I still have so many of them at my home 😂

I don’t think in 90s ambassadorship was a thing in India tho.I don't think he was ambassador for polo and tommy.It’s just Karan and Manish Malhotra ( who always dressed SRK) who were obsessed with These brands, in that phase they might think, cool people wear polo and Tommy😆😅😊

It was. Even in 80s though not that big as it's now. Kapil Dev used to be brand ambassador for Rapidex English speaking course. Zakir Hussain was brand ambassador for Taj Mahal tea for several years. I think he still is... Imran Khan for Godrej Cinthol and after the relation with Pakistan soured further, he was replaced with Vinod Khanna. They discontinued that tag line afterwards. And so on. Salman's first movie Maine Pyar Kiya was riddled with adds for several products.

@@thehawkseye3412 I mean foreign products, not Desi brands.Of course when you deal with a brand, they use your faces everywhere, they definitely tried yo hold onto those brand for longer time ( vice versa of thoes brands) Especially how in today's world ambassadorship works. SRK has been ambassador of Dubai tourism for quite some time, I know . But ambassadorship for fashion brands is very much about showing up in that brand in every event, I don’t think I see SRK or other Indian celebrities really dressed up because of ambassadorship back in 90s.That's why I don’t think Srk was ambassador of polo & tommy

I'm 40 and when this movie came out, i was in my teens. Me and all my friends had the "Cool" chain. 😁 Few of the iconic trendsetters from back in the day - Cool chain, Salman's flourescent shirt from the song "Love Hua", glasses SRk wears in Mohabbatein, Salman's bracelet

Actually Salman , Akshay , Amir, Arjun was most handsome man that time . SRK was not but his expressions and gentleness make everyone fall hard. Salman was very good at acting , after Broke up with Aishwarya both lost their best thing ever. Salman only acting best now when there are really good plots like Bajarangi bhaijan because he loves kids so much , spent time with kids . He become now this man who just want to earn most money . SRK, Salman best friends though fans are fighting for individual but they still remain best. And their sense of humor is really good ❤❤❤❤

So with the polo shirts. It wasn't product placement persay Karan wanted his look like that so went searching high n low for these shirts. The whole product placement making money etc was a thing later on obviously its huge in west. It is there too now. Also the title song was shot in my country Scotland...it was in the papers n everything. Big deal back then.

Because I am big fan of myself and I won't let other influence my thoughts , i believe in my research , understanding and moral values and continuos changing evolving my thoughts. Not stubborn or a rigid or some ready-made thought.

I don't understand why you're leaving out such important parts of the film during your editing, like why did you leave out the part where Rahul bends his head in front of Tina, and why on earth did you leave out the part where Anjali (junior's) crying reading her mum's letter coz it says please fulfill your mother's wishes and unite Rahul with his Anjali, they're meant only for each other, these are the pivotal moments of the movie and we would like to see them as part of the reaction.
