I use three of them, they give good color, once you try MDH, increase the quantity, another method is , heat some oil let it cool little bit, then to it add 1 tblspn kashmiri chilli pdr mix and add it on your curries gravies, this gives good color to the gravy

You should use it within 2 to 3 days of opening the pack, you can store it in freezer in ice cube tray, when needed remove it and add to the recipe, but it’s texture changes after freezing so better use it within 3 days

Madam, Ye sab ingredients hum dal te hai to Eggs dal ne ki bhi koi jaruri nahi hai. Hum sirf grevi se hi two or four roti se khaa sak te hai. Ye jo ingredients hai wo middle class peoples cant efford. Although ye paise wale ke liye bhi ho sakta. God Blessed you for very nice recipe shown by you.
