Foodies, this is the biggest night market (MetroCity Pasar Malam) in Kuching Sarawak. It is located at Matang MetroCity and about 15 minutes' drive from Kuching city center. This night market is open every Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm - 12am. There is a variety of foods you can get from this night market; aside from that, you can get phone accessories, clothes, shoes, foot massages, and so on.

Hey, Thanks a lot for featuring the Metrocity's Uptown. That part of the city especially during the weekend is packed with people. The roads from two lanes become 1 as motorists will park their vehicles along the roadside.

Just come back from kuching last week after a short holiday during Christmas. Kuching food market certainly one of the best in the state. No doubt it has some follower willing to withstand the weather no matter rain or shine. Thanks for visiting Sarawak.

Just wanted to ask a question and hope it isn’t inappropriate. Are you concerned that the food isnt hot? It looks like most is pre made and put in containers and left on the table for sale. Am planning to go but not sure if its safe to eat.
