Cheeni / Sugar - ½ Tbsp

Salt / Namak - ½ Tsp
Milk Powder - 1 Tbsp / 9gms
Butter - 10 gms / 2 tsps
Milk & Butter - For Brushing

When it comes to cooking, first name that comes to my mind is cooking shooking. After this, Nisha madhulika, Ranveer Brar and kabita's kitchen. And it becomes hard to trust other channels. For recipes which aren't Indian or by chance no youtuber has made it, I try small batch of it from other channels. Not only because of taste issue but also comfort issue. I mean how beautifully Yaman explains. Calmly and his little- little touch to it. Small tips that creates big effect. His hardwork to achieve the result. There's something magical in his way.
