Today We are sharing the simple yet super tasty Masala Egg Biryani in pressure cooker recipe. This Egg Biryani recipe is so simple to make with limited ingredients and steps , that even the bachelor can prepare so easily in cooker itself. preparation method involves soaking of rice then frying of onions, followed by frying of boiled eggs. For gravy fry tomatoes, masalas , ginger garlic paste and finally add diluted full cream curd along with water and finally to make the yummy tasty Masala Egg biryani add soaked rice sand boiled fried eggs to gravy and keep the cooker on normal flame for 2 whistles to get the amazing quick Egg Biryani. 2.5cup of water 1.cup of premium basmati made it mashed my Biriyani. So I recommend to use 1.25 cup water to 1 cup rice is perfect and stop after 1 whistles don’t go for 2 . Also taste salt after adding water should taste like seawater then you will get a perfect taste after adding rice❤
