Many Korean Taekwondo Masters I've trained with have said that this is the hardest Kuki Taekwondo poomsae. I agree. Taebaek, Pyonwon & Sipjin are not as difficult. Balance is the key.

Easily the most fun to watch and do though in my opinion

For me this is actually pretty easy because I’m really good at balance and power but don’t get me started at the poomsae after this one because that’s a lot a lot lot harder.

It's certainly not an easy form to do. I also find Pyonwon to be challenging though. Sipjin is my favorite at the moment, but working on learning Jitae.

I know that KKW has moved more toward sport and basically having no separation with WT anymore but it would be nice to see a practical bun hae series for poomsae. Most kkw bun hae I see for poomsae isnt very good but I know there some Masters out there that have kept up with the martial tradition of TKD and could help put a great bun hae curriculum together.

Well, I hate to be that guy, but it’s called a poomsae. I’m in no way shape or form trying to be rude or buggy. Kata is the karate equivalent of a poomsae, which they are showing here.

So what, did the punches and spin change? Now you swing your arms wide open before the punch and turn? Before you put your fists together one on top of the other, one vertical on top, and performed it.

Hmm, I the way it's shown here was the way I was always taught to do it. It seems like you were taught to apply a Jaggeun Doljjeogwi as the chamber before the Keun Doljjeogwi, but I've never seen it done that way. (They mention that in the video at 14:47.)
