Longevity doesn't equal happily married or healthy high quality marriage. Some are just together because it's cheaper or more convenient to be together but the relationship ended. You can't really know what happens in people's marriages unless you are actively participating and involved in it 24/7. The only thing that I will agree on though to a good relationship regardless of whether marriage or otherwise is mutual respect
