Pakistan has lost this case on its own faults 1)When asked proving if Jadhav was Indian.. Pakistan has no evidence. 2) when Jadhav was arrested, his basic rights and custody of him was refused including right to counsel. 3) fund's transferred to Jadhav account has no link relating to India or any merit. Any allegations without proof or evidence is going into the drain. 4) Basically Pakistan failed to prove that case did belong in ICJ court. Hence wasting everyone's time. 5) ICJ was really pissed when Pakistan has used words like shameless, arrogant etc to describe India in it's presentation. As the Indian Lawyer said "Pakistan just hammered the table, coz they have no hard facts or truth"
