1. Наплавка в пламени горелки - очень грубая операция, пережигающая и основной металл, и наплавку. Теми же электродами на небольшом токе с минусом на электроде можно было сделать нежнее, о наплавке проволокой в углекислоте я уж не говорю. 2. Воленс-неволенс, было бы неплохо шестерню после наплавки отпустить, а после механической обработки калить. Все-таки напряжения в корнях новых зубьев снялись бы, и выровнялась бы структура металла, насколько это вообще возможно в таких условиях. 3. Эвольвента - это не выдумка маньяков, её надо почитать и выполнять как можно точнее. А тут.... На самый худой конец можно сделать шаблоны с профилем нескольких зубьев, наложить их н венец с обеих сторон и по ним выводить профиль. Но все равно это "на безрыбье". 4. Всё это хорошо, если шестерня - стальная. А вот если основной металл - чугун, то всё это - фифехт фиксии. Металл у корня зуба обязательно отбелится, а белый чугун - хрупкий, как сахар. То есть, его можно попытаться наплавлять чем-то легкоплавким типа бронзы или табуна, а наплавлять сталью - чистое безумие.

I repaired a 1200 mm gear that had a small power gear with a dropped out keyway stuck to it, every 12th tooth was gone an old welder bronzed it up and I re cut the teeth with a dremil and files, it ran for 9 years and never failed. Good work

15 лет назад у нашего кухонного комбайна Мрия 2м на большой алюминиевой шестеренке сломался зуб. Кость попала в мясорубку. 2 месяца я искал замену и не нашел. Сделал так: просверлил 2 дырки рядом 2мм, взял 2мм подкаленную проволоку, согнул скобу, сунул в дырки и расклепал концы. Затем надфилем придал скобе форму зуба. Работает до сих пор.

Работать в приводе вращения новогодней елки эта шестерня работать будет, худо-бедно. А в более ответственном механизме (особенно высокоскоростном) к шлифовке эвольвенты на каждом ремонтируемом зубе надо-таки подойти было потщетельней. Ну и выравнивающую термообработку надо провести (хотя я непонял какая там марка электродов применялась).

I have done this kind of repair. However this guy seems to be using an incorrect flame to make the deposit and the sparks indicate that oxidising is occurring. Assuming the gear is a steel alloy then three different filler materials are required. A prepping material for the first layer the second should be a mid range ‘stellite’ and then a full hard stellite for the final layer. This will result in a good bond with the original and a progressive strengthening to full hard on the surface. A good welder will be able to produce a fair profile for each tooth requiring little machining to achieve a finished job. Done properly the repair will be better than the original. If the gear is subjected to a pulsing load then the gear should be reset to introduce previously unstressed teeth. A typical scenario is from the reciprocating ram on a hay baler where we used to reset the bull wheel and pinion gear some 90 degrees from the current load zone. We did this every 3 to 4 seasons according to the workload. This saved the customer downtime during the season.

Удивительно, но недавно я видел ТЗ на восстановление зубьев большого колеса поворотного механизма ветрогенератора, без снятия колеса. Основано на опыте уже ранее проведенных ремонтов. С нас требовалась только наплавка и восстановление с применением УШМ до соответствия контрольному шаблону. Отказались в итоге от работ "под улюч"

Nonsense, it won't hold up if it's really supposed to transmit power. No involute. No hardening.....without words. Without power transmission, only ok as a movement or temporary solution.

В добрые времена,когда в ходу были Мински и Восходы ,этот ремонт был шедевральным .Наличие УШМ т.е. болгарки тебя приравнивало к Божеству , а если ещё был сварочный - ты Бог .Но самое главное - управляться этим всем и чтобы руки не дрожжали от Паркинсона . После такого ремонта можно было вечерок аккуратно позажигать .

But hey if it holds together please do a detailed follow up including its install location, type of load (constant, variable, intermittent or pulsing start and stop engagement), gear train changes, Motor HP and rpm, approximate hours or days of service life and some close ups of the new gear teeth showing the wear incurred.

благодаря такому методу можно без проблем установить ее в механизм , а потом починить уже весь его целиком повторяя операцию для каждой детали , чтоб закрепить так сказать результат

Электрод изготавливают из конструкционной стали, а шестерню из инструментальной. И еще как правило с закалкой зуба. Такой ремонт шестерни только на полчаса работы механизма. Металловедение? Не, не проходили!

Как всегда очередной виртуоз самодельщиков! 😅😂 Ну конечно если всего один раз надо отремонтировать шестерню себе, то вот так заморочиться можно, хотя это на любителя. А так это занятие, для тех кто никуда не спешит или любит всяко играться с инструментом. А если уже говорить по существу, я сам шестерни изготавливаю и все это проходил. Здесь человек шестерню сделал исключительно одной болгаркой! Я не в шоке, но то что он показал в конце что типа зубы вошли в зацепление и работают - это все фигня! Надо поместить шестерни в механизм в сборе и крутить, вот тогда видно будет клинит или нет, может шумит, по крайней мере там он точно может доработать их по необходимости. Эвольвенту болгаркой нереально сделать. Но в любом случае удачи мастеру в его развитии😊

Если бы зубья обработал профильной фрезой, то шестерню можно использовать в неответственных механизмах или в неответственных домашних самоделках, где нет экстремальных температур и нагрузок, или в музейных экспонатах. После такой механической обработки шестерня не преобрела ни прежнюю аутентичную форму, а свойственные ей харектеристики из-за термообработки утрачены.

Даже , если случится чудо и он каким то образом угадает с профилем зубьев , то при сварке нарушилась заводская термообработка . И зубья должны иметь цементацию . Деталь надо отпускать и калить снова с цементацией .

Nadaje się tylko do dekoracji, koła zębate są utwardzane a takie napawane zęby są miękkie i bardzo szybko się zużyją, jeśli się wyłamały to znaczy, że maszyna w której była ta zębatka ma duże obciążenia, czyli lepiej to wygląda niż się do czegoś nadaje. Pracuję w metalu to co nieco wiem na ten temat.
