Good evening, being obsessed with your videos I decided to make kullechem, following your method, a first timer though. At first it came out good and after a 2 days it started rising, on the 3rd day the scent came out kinda different from the beginning like it's spoilt, and was watery and foamy, the quantity increased soo much. I decided to try out humrah, I've just made it but I noticed that it was rising too. I don't know what is making it rise.
