Ask mcgyver to visit your pond from time to time so it will be known in the area that its also partly manage by a respected local in the area as a deterrent

Kumander, good day. I had a little experience in fishpond operation way back in the early 90's. I would suggest that every time you buy and load fingerlings in your pond, don't just rely on the declaration of the fingerlings supplier on how many fingerlings he is selling to you. You have to count it. How do you do that? You need 2 big basins and a small cup. All you need to do is to scoop out the fingerlings that's been unloaded in basin number 1 and transfer it to basin number 2. Let's say you scoop out 5 fingerlings first. Unload it to basin number 2, record it in a piece of paper,then soop another 1 again from basin number 1 and unload it to basin number 2, record it in a piece of paper until every fingerlings are scooped out. Get a calculator and add all the number of recorded fingerlings to get the actual volume. This might be a lot of work but this is a sure way that you don't get cheated.

I gotta say your vlogging has improved so much and it's on the level that I'm excited every time you release a new episode.

Remember the people who take materials in your pond is the same people who take livestocks in your pond. You really have to guard your own business. Or you can use your drone to help you guard your pond. Note : You have to take note of the back area beyond your pond.

4K sounds just right. You'll need to store that tagad some place where it'll not be easily stolen. Treat it like your excalibur or Dragon glass sword. Its too tempting for the eyes. Can be easily sold for quick cash anywhere especially to junkshops.

If People in need they can do all the crazy things. I would suggest putting some kind of Poste, Street lights, or Solar Lights, each corner together with your ideas, No Trespassing Sign. This will prevent from going to your Pond. And dont always depend to the Care Taker, Mr Daot. Installed maybe some cheap CCTV. This is just my personal idea thanks!

If you plan to restock typhoon season is already here, it'd be more prudent to wait to avoid losses due to the weather. That as well as give you more time to plan properly to avoid a repeat of what happened. BFAR conducts regular seminars on fish pond management, maybe they even hire out consultants who would give professional advice on how insure profitability and prevent losses.

Hi KD, long time follower of your content prolly never commented before. I'm foreign as well and moved to the Philippines as I was interested in Agriculture. Just started my piggery about 10 or so months ago. Just saying that the signs do not work. I had people trespassing in (through a fence) and breakin my locks in the middle of the night to steal feeds, welding machine etc. What i realized worked for me is motion sensor solar lights and solar camera (dont even have it connected to wifi just an SD card and the light itself scares people off). I also went to adopt 10 aspin puppies (about 1 year old now) not from a nearby Barangay, have to go a lil further to make sure them puppies do not know anyone that might trespass in your area. The bark of 10 dogs could scare away or even alert you to the threat. Anyways, if these steps are taken and stuff are still being taken from you. You have an insider. Simple as that. Best of luck moving ahead!

At first, 5k is quite pricey! But seeing those guys pounding it so hard, I think 4k is worth it. Not an easy job.

Kumander, have they poked holes on the tarpaulin? The holes will make the signage wind resistance. They won't get blown by the wind if they have holes.

Suggest ko Kumander. Just put a plastic screen like 7 meters high to prevent the fish sa flood na maka escape. Every side may puertahan o pinto na malapad para sa harvest and feeding. Close nalang pag hindi na nag feed ng isda.

KD, have you seen a Hollywood movie featuring Aldo Ray? The resemblance is uncanny! BTW, you should cut out some HOLES in your "No Trespassing" signs -- or else they will disappear and become a pair of pillowcases. Also, the holes will let the wind pass through -- meaning less wind pressure to blow down your signboard.
