Kumbakonam is called the temple city of tamilnadu. City has numerous temple with history of more then 1300 years. To have a fulfilled experience one should stay for at least 3 days to visit few temple. Although it required a week to cover all the important temples around kumbakonam.

AGAL TRAVELS is one of the best travel agency i met , Vetri sir such a nice person, he had fullfilled all my needs and sloved all my queries, starting from picking up from the Kumbakonam railway station , room allotment , cab facility, we had planned for hardly 20 temples in and around kombakonamfpr 2 days trip , but he had showed me hardly 25 temples. We 4 friends availed the services of Agal travels Kumbakonam for Navagraha tours in September. We had an wonderful experience. They provide good Ac rooms good condition and neat vehicle. Drivers also very experienced and polite. Mr Vetttri Velavan whom we booked is a very nice and experienced having great knowledge of each and every place.prepared an excellent itinerary for us He added 30 temple including Navagraha temples. Amazing He is a man of words. Customer satisfaction is their priority He courteous to reply 0ur question calls and messages within a minute. Overall it was Amazing and memorable tour in my life

Many Temples connected with Mahamaham Left in d list... Kambatta Viswanather, Someswarar, Ekambaraeswarar, Kalahastheeswarar, Abimukaeswarar, Koodeswarar, Gowthameswarar... Further , Varaha Perumal , Rajagopala swami ...all in KMU -2 km radious ...

Me and my husband travelled from bangalore to kumbakonam and had a very good experience. This travels covered 22 temples in 2 days. They set a time table for the places to be covered and if u have to do some rituals they set according to that We were satisfied with the rooms as well. Food is not included in the package but they stopped near the restaurant where the food was good. Our journey across kumbakonam, Tanjore, Myladuthurai, Nagapattinam was a really wonderful experience and due to Agal Travel - Mr Vetrivelavan’s excellent planning and caring support and we had absolute pilgrimage of more than 35 places in 3 and half days of our stay at Kumbakonam. We were very lucky to have Sri Rajan as our driver, we felt safe all the time. He was so kind, so caring and last but least the best driver who knows the route, and very very careful in ensuring safety of us as well the vehicle. (No unnecessary honking though most of the roads within town are small and narrow with lots of curves; no great speed with sudden break; no calls were attended while driving) . Sometimes we got more informations about historical issues about certain temples and places. The hotel arrangements at M P Temples Inn near Sarangapani Temple were great and breakfast on all the days were really delicious and the room is “value for money”. There was no room service, we had to clean the room and to make our bed by ourselfs- which suited us, but all the staff there was friendliy and supportive. We thank you for organising all so well. We think about coming back with other relatives and friends and we undoubtedly book our trip via AGAL TRAVEL - Mr Vetrivelavan again. I hve visited kumbhukonam for days tour on 17th & 18bth Feb. I hve booked a taxi with algar travels.. Mr vetri was planned excellant chart for visit of temple. They hve covered ard 23 temples. His driver was so good & polite and timely drived was so excellant... Thy approach was good & ver kind to us...Even the taxi charges are normal and guided very well to us in a correct way to covered all temples... Travelled to kumbakonam for the first time. Such a pleasant experience. I booked agal travels after watching this video. Agal travels and Vetri bro pre planned the overall trip. Answered all our queries patiently even before paying any advance. Genuinely explained the possibilities of visiting most of the temples. Planned every thing, great execution, professional and friendly behaviour by the driving staff. Overall they kept their words. You can visit all the temples planned in your trip if you keep an eye on the time spent in each temples and go by their plan.
