The Anegudde Sri Vinayaka Temple, also known as "Kumbashi" in some local dialects, is a prominent Hindu temple located in the Udupi district of the Indian state of Karnataka. This temple is dedicated to Lord Ganesha, who is widely revered as the Elephant-headed God of wisdom and prosperity in Hinduism. Anegudde is one of the seven Mukti Sthalas in the region, which are considered to be holy places that can grant liberation from the cycle of birth and death.

According to local legends, the temple is associated with the demon king Kumbhasura, who terrorized the region. Lord Ganesha in the form of elephant gave a sword (Asi) to Bheema who is said to have defeated the demon here, and hence the name "Kumbashi" is sometimes used to refer to this temple. The main deity of the temple is Lord Vinayaka (Ganesha). The idol of Lord Vinayaka in the temple is believed to be swayambhu, which means it is self-manifested.

It is very very true that this Ganesha is a resolving our day to day problems - if you just pray for 2 minutes thinking of this God- Anegudda Ganesha asking him to resolve any issues - within no time your problem will be solved 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻.Several times my day to day problems solved.
