May sense naman ang sinabi ni Escudero kung gusto mo ipagbawal ang sugal di lahat na . Ang POGO ay sugal ng mga intsik BAWAL ang pilipino na maglaro diyan samantala ang Casino ay sugal ng Pilipino at maraming pamilya ang nasira nang dahil sa Casino. Batikang abugado si Escudero samantala sina Hontiveros, Tulfo, Jinggoy at Gatchalian ay HINDI naman sila abugado at walang alam sila sa Bayas. Ang gusto lang nila ay magpasikat o grandstanding at the expense of the Mayor. kung may krimen talaga na ginawa si Mayor Guo di isampa sa korte hind ang Senado ang lugar. Ang Senado ay taga gawa ng batas, nalilihis itong mga senador. Si Jinggoy nga hinatulan ng panunuhol (bribery) ng Sandiganbayan na naka apela ang kanyang kaso.

in fairness sa mga taong tumututol sa POGO, until now, POGO is licensed by the Philippine Government under the law, registered in SEC and controlled by PAGCOR. I dont see any reason to stop its operation, except that, senator Gatchalian is not happy about it from the start, or may be he is using this issue for a political gain.

Whats stopping us to vote for better officials, and why do we allow the government to control the Filipinos. We appointed them to lead and protect, so it must be US to control them. Sana sa 2025 start tayo bumoto ng mga karapat dapat na senador, at alisin na ang mga artista, businessmen, at walang alam sa batas. Need natin ng mga lawmakers na magtatanggol sa Pilipinas. Yung mga nag rereklamo sa mga gusto mapaganda situation sa Pinas ang dapat nagbabayad ng buwis ng malaman nila. Bangon tayo!

The Philippine government should look more closely on her father, which I believe was behind all of her unexplainable enormous wealth. Alice Gou is an Spoiled Mafia Princess who wanted a power of her own and run for mayor, and with the help of her enormous wealth was able to buy herself mayor. Spies doesn't work like Gou does; spies work under the radar to avoid suspicion, but Guo 's lifestyle resemble more of Spoiled daughter who shamelessly flaunt their ill gotten wealth. Her father most likely belongs to a very powerful and influential Mafia who has connections in high places in China.

Doing the purely economic/ROI analysis on POGO is interesting and all, but really… the ‘sniff test’ should be more than enough to justify getting rid of this ugly fester on our society, diba? How ridiculous does it make our country look, as we try to defend ourselves from the PRC‘s state-sponsored aggressions…. That we have legalized and promote a type of vice, that even they have forbidden in their own country?? (The PRC well knows that this type of activity breeds organized-crime) It makes our country’s lawmakers look like low-capacity hypocrites. (it goes without saying, given the power-play that just happened in our Senate , it’s sadly clear by now that … patriotism is now LOSING against a full-on infiltration of our country, by PRC nationals :-/ )
