If L.Sivaramakrishnan and T.A.Shekar had the coaching resources they have today, they would have had a different career. Unfortunately at those times there were no bowling coaches with the tools and resources they have today.

@@RajivSambasivan I don't know about TA. I heard he had some health issues. But LS have got great opportunities but seems to have lost because of his personal discipline.. Both of these are heard only from known sources. Coach is not an issue for them

@@shanthalakshmi2082 did you see T.A.Shekar's previous interview. He said he learned to bowl only after he met Lillee and most of his oppurtunities were given and squandered by then. There is a W.V.Raman interview with L.Siva. It is on W.V.Raman's channel. He too said what he struggled with was he could never figure out the mistakes he was making. This was a time before a lot of T.V. coverage and limited money in the game.

@@RajivSambasivan LS can say whatever he wants in an interview. He can't say what is obvious as it should not be said too.. He really knows where and how he had lost. May be what TA said could be true about the basic bowling he learnt only after meeting the great bowler..
