1)talking to champions of decision making in their respective field. 2)emotion is good tool to find a problem intuitively but are not good tool to solve them 3)long term mindset. a)Using long term thinkers as an api. b)all bad behaviour is rooted in short term thinking 5) Avoiding shortcuts. As they may help you get success but won't teach you how to sustain or retain it. 6) 'what would "...." do in this situation ?'-Technique. And to use this techniques , u need to read lot of autobiographies.

What i Learn from this epic and going to implement: 1. Take out the decision by using your both Logical and emotional brain. 2. The root of the all bad behavior in human beings is connected with the SHORT TERM THINKING P.S: Become the huge fan of kunal shah because of his understanding about human psychology and human behaviour and calmness in his voice.

Very good video, but I dont understand where this convention comes from to use first names for successful CEOs you dont know personally nor are friends with. Creates a sort of illusion of proximity.

🙃 psychology tells u opposite. Does he even know science or just saying about his intuition? Ever heard of decision paralysis? The more the choices, the more it becomes difficult. What he probably meant to say, I assume, is having options. But not a plethora of options. And regret is not a bad thing either.

Is not about having lots of things to pick up from ... that leads to decision fatigue indeed, he is talking about having more knowledge gained through interaction with real life,.thus a person would know that there isn't just one answer to all questions but questions to one answer. Fatigue decision normally happens when a person is pressured by time...slowing a little to make a decision let's you consider what questions to ask for a single but important answer that will affect you broadly

and experts have gained resistance to decision paralysis through experience (behavior economics). The more you encounter the better you become in choosing

BS. More choices doesn't make you good at decision making. Ironically, Investing is a good case to prove this point. Innumerable stocks to choose from and yet it so tough to beat Index funds like S&P 500
