Chilli Paneer is a delicious Indian - Chinese dish as a starter or a snack. When served as a side dish with fried rice or Schezwan fried rice, it tastes somewhat different. The recipe consists of dry Chili paneer, in which the paneer is marinated and fried in oil (either shallow fried) and later cooked with Chinese sauce, green bell peppers, and onions. Let’s make Chili Paneer at home with the help of this easy recipe.

Ingredients
Paneer cubes - 350 gms
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Oil - for frying
Kashmiri Chilly powder - ½tbsp
Garlic chopped - ½tbsp
Salt - to taste
Cornflour - 2 tbsp
Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger chopped - ½tbsp
Onion diced - ½cup

Hi sir just want to ask one question When ever I thicken my recepy with corn starch, at first it gets thicken but an hour or two it becomes watery .

Beacuse starch settle down on the bottom . You can stir again to get thick consitency
