Eggs - 4 nos
Bayleaf - 1 no
Ginger chopped - ½tbsp
Green chilly chopped - 1 no
Turmeric - ½tsp
Oil - 6tbsp
Cumin - 2 tsp
Garlic chopped - ½tbsp
Onions chopped - 1 cup
Chilly powder - 1tsp

Today I prepared your way of egg masala. It really came out extremely well. Every one at home relished. Punch was the yolk crushed and the white sliced small to thicken the gravy. Best it is so simple and quick. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

After boiling the eggs make a small hole inside the eggs with sharp knife.. not to long ... And then let them dive into the curry.. So that curry will go inside the eggs and give you a good taste too.. Just a small tip.. I use to do so...

Get a fork just poke it every side of egg the in a saucepan add oil and fry whole egg till golden brown then add in to curry gravy for delicious egg curry

And also add a pinch of salt while boiling as It helps cook the eggs faster, prevents it from cracking, makes it easy for peeling the skin and also gives it a better taste.... And yes am a bachelor guy... 👍🏻
