To prepare this recipe, I used the Splendora mixer grinder by #IndiasNo1 #BajajMixerGrinders

Prep time - 10 mins
Cooking time - 40mins
Makes - 800gms
INGREDIENTS -
For Dry Fruits & Nuts:
Ghee - 5tbsp
Gaund (tree resin) - ½ cup
Almonds - ½ cup
Cashew nuts - ½ cup
Peanuts - ¼ cup
Pumpkin/Kharbooza seeds - 4tbsp
Khus-Khus (poppy seeds)- 3 tbsp
Til (sesame) - ¼ cup
For Ladoo:
Ghee - ½ cup
Besan (gram flour) - 3tbsp
Atta (whole wheat flour) - 2cups
Black cardamom seeds - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Ginger powder (optional) - 2tsp
Sugar (fine grain or powdered) - 1cup

my mother makes ladoos in winter which has everything besan,fine semolina,methi,gond,flax seeds,makhana,dry fruits. For sweetness she either uses either sugar or jaggery. And I just love it. Because all the above ingredients are healthy. This recipe is also good. will try definitely .

@@sahiba2087 50percent of business is in the hands of Gujarati speaking people. The Dawoods,Adamjee Jefferson’s,Habibs and many engaged in business of all kind. Timber market is in the hands of Gujarati people. Hope you now have a good image of Pakistan. They all migrated from India and are still adhering to their language and customs including food.

Makar Sankranti aur Lohri ki shubhkamnayein! Hum til aur gud ke laddoo banayenge aaj! Awesome Gond recipe. Will try it next time. Hum iss mein desiccated coconut aur dry dates powder bhi daalte hain. Very addictive, ek se mann nahin bharta! Methi ke laddoo bhi yummy lagte hain. Woh recipe bhi dikha dijiye! 😁👍🙏❣

Banate samay test karenge toh bhog nahi laga sakte toh hame bhi end mai jaisa bhi hai khana padta hai kyunki kanha ko bhog lagne ke baad hi prasad ho jata hai aur khane mai bhi achha lagta hai ❤
