पारंपरिक रुप से कुंदरु के बीज निकिलकर ही इसकी सब्जी बनाई जाती है, सारी समस्या इसके बीज में है। कामचोर लोग बीज समेत इसकी सब्जी बना देते हैं?

Pahle mai khati thi pr kuch longo ne bataya ki is se buddhi mand ho jati hai to dr kr Maine ise khana band kr diya fir aapk vdo ko dekhne k baad fir se khane lgi . Mai to itna dr gai thi ki ghar me lana band kr d. Bachchon ko bhi nhi deti thi. Ab khub khate hai hm sub log bina kisi dr k. Itani achi jaankari dene k liye bahut bahut dhanyawad dhanyawad.
