Mutton/Beef 1kg
Onion 2 medium
Salt 1tsp
Garlic 6cloves
Ginger 1tbs
Water 1cup (hot preferably)
Ghee 1/2cup
Green Chili Chopped 1tbs
Cumin Crushed 1tsp
Black Pepper Crushed 1tsp
Red Round Chili 4
Green Chilies 2
Coriander 1tbs for garnish
