In the above video, I have shown an authentic and accurate way to steam and roast mutton raan (leg). Mutton Raan is a local dish which is widely eaten across Pakistan and India on Eid Ul Adha and many other occassions. Enjoy this mutton raan roast recipe on this eid and comment the result below.

Mutton Raan-2 pcs (4kg)
Salt-5tsp
Turmeric-4tsp
Cumin-5tsp
White Pepper- 2.5tsp
Green Chillies -12
Lemon-3
Cooking Utensils :

ok , i tried it and it went very well . marination has to be little extra cause "Steaming" will take off most of it , but dont use too much salt , cause you need broth , and less salt can adjust with Lemon later on. I add some "Sekh Kabab Masala" in oil , 2nd round of marination before frying Frying should be little quick one on high fire i made a two in one mix receipt from this guy. Mix these two are enough. (Mutton Leg Steam Roast without Oven | Lamb Leg Roast without Oven (English Subs) super easy and very nice result.
