Fish Pulao is a very famous pulao in the Sindh province of Pakistan. Local daily life dishes of Sindh and Balochistan incorporate a lot of seafood with rice and wheat flour. This recipe for Fish Pulao is very delicious and rich in taste. Its taste will be enhanced if saltwater fish is used in place of farm fish which I used. I hope you will enjoy this pulao. Ingredients:
Fish 1.5kg cleaned
for washing-
Salt 1tbs
Vinegar 1/4cup
Ghee/Oil 1cup
Onion 4medium
Cumin 1/2tbs
Pepper Corns 1/2tbs
Cloves 6
Green Cardamom 4
Black cardamom 1
Cinnamon 1inch
Tomato 4medium
Salt 1tbs
Red Chili Powder 1tbs
Fish Pulao Masala 1tbs
Rice Soaked 1kg
Water 6cups
Fish Pulao Masala-
Salt 1tsp
Red Chili 1tsp
Cumin 1/2tsp
Coriander 1tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Garam Masala 1/4tsp
Fish Masala 2tsp (any brand)
